2. Digital Products & Continuing Education (CE) Policies
License to Use When you purchase “The Trauma-Informed Intake Toolkit” or other digital products, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
- Single User Only: Your login credentials and course materials are for your individual use only. Sharing logins, distributing course PDFs, or showing course videos to a group without an organizational license is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
- Intellectual Property: All materials are the intellectual property of Cassie McCarthy, LICSW, Inc. You may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose these materials for your own commercial use.
Continuing Education (CE) Credits We are approved to offer a course by specific boards (e.g., ASWB ACE) as explicitly listed on our course sales pages and certificates.
- Participant Responsibility: It is ultimately your responsibility to verify that your specific state licensing board accepts these credits. We do not guarantee acceptance by boards outside of the jurisdictions or organizations explicitly listed on our approvals.
- Credit Verification: To receive CE credit, you must meet all attendance and completion requirements (e.g., completing the full course, passing the post-test, and submitting an evaluation) as mandated by our accrediting bodies.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
In compliance with ASWB ACE Standard 6.1 and NBCC Policy Section C.12, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:
Digital Courses & Downloads Due to the immediate digital nature of these products, :
- All sales of digital courses and downloadable resources are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Live Workshops & Webinars
- Cancellations by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a live training, you will be issued a full refund. For asynchronous learners, a refund will be offered to students who enrolled in the course within three months of the course being discontinued.

In compliance with ASWB ACE Standard 7.2 and NBCC requirements:
